Ms. Fiola of Fall River moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for Massachusetts Alliance for Economic Development, Inc. for technical assistance to the region and municipalities of the Commonwealth”.
