THC Youth Mental Health Campaign

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1070-0840, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for a statewide public awareness campaign on the mental health impacts of youth tetrahydrocannabinol consumption”.
