Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof, the following new section:-

SECTION XX.  Section 2 of chapter 128 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended in subsection (g) by inserting after the word “promotion,” in line 93, the following:- incentives,
