Wave Attenuation Pilot Program

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for a pilot program for wave attenuation devices and systems designed to reduce shoreline erosion, flooding and storm damage and to protect coastal infrastructure”.
