Amendment #1167 to H5500

North and South River Watershed Pier

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $320,000 shall be expended for the North and South Rivers Watershed Association, Inc. for the construction of a pier to provide water access for the North and South Rivers Watershed Association center”.
