Amendment #117 to H5500

Baystate Health Eastern Region

Mr. Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, by adding the following:- “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Baystate Health, Inc. eastern region for a grant program to prevent and treat addiction to opioid and related substances”.
