Amendment #1172 to H5500

Newton Suzuki School of Music

Mr. Schwartz of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following:

"; and provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Newton Suzuki School of Music, to improve ADA compliance and add educational and community space as part of a larger restoration of a 1750 farmhouse housing a full-day music and arts pre-school serving the greater Newton community and families throughout Eastern Massachusetts" ; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$200,000".
