Amendment #1187 to H5500

City of Newton Crystal Lake Improvements

Mr. Schwartz of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2810-0122, by adding the following:

"; provided further that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the City of Newton for enhanced water quality and other improvements to Crystal Lake in Newton Center"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$150,000".
