Amendment #1188 to H5500

MCPAP for Schools

Ms. Barber of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 5042-5000, in line 36, by striking out the figures “$3,825,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures: “$4,325,000”; and in said item by striking the figures “$136,668,638” and inserting in place thereof the following figures: “$137,168,638”; and in the same item, in line 42, by inserting after “existing capacity” the following: “provided further, that not less than $500,000 of that amount shall be expended for MCPAP to develop and implement behavioral health consultation services that are accessible to school personnel and students in kindergarten to grade 12”.
