Amendment #1203 to H5500

Strengthening the Special Education Circuit Breaker Program

Mr. Hawkins of Attleboro moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 7061-0012, by striking out the figure “75” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “90”;

and further amend the bill, in said section 2, in said item 7061-0012, by striking out the figure “$653,444,886” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$967,006,228”;

and further amend the bill by adding the following two sections:-

SECTION X.  Section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 3, the figure “$45,793” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$37,120”.

SECTION XX. Said section 5A of said chapter 71B, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 50, the figure “75” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “90”.
