Ms. Nguyen of Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after “projects” the following: "; provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Women’s History Center, Inc. to amplify the history of women of all backgrounds in the commonwealth"
