Band Program in Westfield Public Schools

Mr. Pease of Westfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

“; provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for the band program in Westfield Public Schools.”
