Mr. Markey of Dartmouth moves to amend bill in section 2, in item 1599-0026, in line x, by adding after “infrastructure” the following; “provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for a electronic community event sign operated by the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and the town of Dartmouth”; and in said item by striking out the figure “$5,000,000” and inserting thereof the figures “$5,075,000”
