Hoops and Handles Youth Mentorship Initiative (via Talent of Tomorrow, Inc)

Representatives Paulino of Methuen and Reyes of Lawrence move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by adding the following words: - “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for Hoop and Handles, in the city of Methuen, to provide targeted youth mentorship, individualized basketball training, and skill development programming for underserved and at-risk youth;” and in said item by striking out the figures “$7,200,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$7,225,000”.
