Amendment #1248 to H5500

Town of Acushnet COA and Community Center HVAC upgrades

Mr. Ouellette of Westport moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, in line 6, by inserting after “Laws” the following: "provided that not less than $20,000 shall be expended to the Acushnet council on aging and community center to replace its outdated HVAC system"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$120,000".
