Mr. Ashe of Longmeadow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 8000-1127, by adding at the end the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 be expended to Springfield JCC, for the replacement of outdated windows to create more secure classrooms in the JCC’s Youth and Family Wing.” and to further amend said item by striking out the figures “$4,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$4,100,000”.
