Greater Lowell Community Foundation

Mr. Elliott of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-2020, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be distributed to the Greater Lowell Community Foundation, Inc. to fund local non-profit organizations and social services agencies in the 16th Middlesex district.”.
