Trail Connection to State Forest

Mr. Elliott of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be distributed for the development of a trail connection linking land owned by the city of Lowell, in the Pawtucketville section of the city, to the Lowell-Dracut-Tyngsboro state forest to expand recreational access and connectivity.”.
