Mr. Elliott of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2800-0401, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be distributed to support efforts to address PFAS contamination through the installation of a granular activated carbon filtration system in the town of Chelmsford.”.
