Boston Police Walking Beats

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2 in line item 8100-1001 by inserting the following: "; provided further, that, of said amount, not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the payroll costs of the Boston Police Department to perform directed patrols and walking beats on the Bowdoin and Geneva, Four Corners, Uphams Corner, Old Road and Grove Hall in the Dorchester and Roxbury section of the City of Boston"; and moves to further amend in said item by striking the figure "$406,348,479" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$406,373,479”.
