Winchester Emergency Communications

Mr. Day of Stoneham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8324-0000, by adding the following:- “,provided further, that not less than $300,000 be expended to the Town of Winchester for the modernization of  their first responder and dispatch communication equipment and services." and in said item by striking out the figure“$42,050,301” and inserting the figure:- “$42,350,301”.
