Weston Depot Land

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority shall enter into a lease agreement with the Friends of The Weston Depot, within 90 days, for the use of the parcel or parcels of land located at 55 Church Street, Weston on which the Weston Railroad Station sits. "
