Amendment #1307 to H5500

Fully Funding Regional School Transportation

Mrs. Sullivan-Almeida of Abington moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, section16C of chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2024 official edition, is hereby amended by striking the words, “subject to appropriation”, each time they appear.
