Representative Robertson of Tewksbury moves to amend the bill by inserting in Section 2 line xxxx-xxxx:

"provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Community Teamwork Inc. in the City of Lowell for the purpose of operating programs promoting children's behavioral health and educational success"
