Mr. Lewis of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7070-0065 by striking the figure "$430,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$480,000" and in said item striking the figure "$176,688,311" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$176,738,311"
