Amendment #136 to H5500

Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Aging

Representatives Montaño of Boston and Stanley of Waltham move to amend the bill in Section 2, line item 9110-0100, by inserting the following:

"Provided further, that not less than $120,000 shall be expended to the LGBTQIA+ Aging Project of Fenway Health for staffing and operations to support the permanent commission on older lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer and questioning, or LGBTQ, adults and their caregivers established in section 71 of chapter 3 of the General Laws;”
