Amendment #1364 to H5500
Preserving MassHealth Hospital Access
Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0500 by adding the following: “provided further, the executive office shall not implement policies for acute hospitals in rate years 2026 and 2027 that reduce reimbursement for hospital telehealth visits or introduce new types of post-hospitalization retrospective reviews that had not been in effect as of January 1, 2026”.
