Statewide PFAS Study

Mr. Sena of Acton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2250-2000, after the words “public school drinking water” by adding the following:

"provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the Silent Spring Institute to continue their statewide study of the long term effects of PFAS on residents; and in said item by striking out the figures “$XXX,XXX,XXX" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$XXX,XXX,XXX+$1,000,000".”
