Thayer Memorial Library HVAC Improvements

Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the town of Lancaster for the replacement and upgrade of the HVAC system at the Thayer Memorial Library, including related improvements to support the long-term maintenance and operation of the facility".
