Clinton Downtown Beautification

Ms. Kilcoyne of Clinton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the town of Clinton for downtown beautification, including the purchase of furnishings, related improvements, and the installation of drinking water fountains in Depot Square and Central Park".
