Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by inserting in the final line after the words "security requirements" the following:- "; and provided further that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended for Affordable Housing Trust Fund’ to create a pilot program to aid in the development and construction of permanently affordable home ownership”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$21,785,301” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$24,785,301”.
