Amendment #1383 to H5500

Saving Towards Affordable and Sustainable Homeownership (STASH)

Mr. Worrell of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7004-0107, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended for the Saving Towards Affordable and Sustainable Homeownership program administered by the Massachusetts Affordable Homeownership Alliance, Inc. to assist first-generation homebuyers in a regionally equitable manner to benefit communities throughout the commonwealth"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$1,100,000".
