Representatives Biele of Boston and Moran of Boston move to amend the bill in section 2 in line item 7008-1116 by inserting the following: “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to Camp Harbor View Foundation, Inc. to provide programming and family services at Camp Harbor View and its leadership academy;”
