SBCHC Substance Treatment Program

Mr. Biele of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4510-0110 by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the continuation of a comprehensive substance abuse and narcotic use reduction program at a federally qualified health center located in South Boston”.
