Mr. Hamilton of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by inserting after the word "projects" the following: “provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Greater Haverhill Chamber of Commerce to support local businesses and promote the local economy in the Merrimack Valley"
