Ms. Montaño of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0025, in line 10, by inserting after work" the following:

"CargoB addresses the high barriers to car ownership by providing affordable, on-demand access of e-bikes. While front-loading electric cargo bikes are among the most effective tools for reducing Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT)—using only 5% of the electricity required by a standard EV—they remain out of reach for many. CargoB helps Massachusetts reduce emissions in EJ communities, expand mobility, and improve quality of life. "; and in said item by striking out the figures "5,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures, "$5,100,000."
