Mr. Murphy of Weymouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, in line 5, by inserting after “independence” the following: “provided further that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the costs associated with care, services, programs, and facilities provided at the Whipple Senior Center in the city known as the Town of Weymouth”.
