Bay State Banner

Representatives Worrell of Boston and Holmes of Boston move to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 0640-0300, by adding the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Bay State Banner to support reporting on the political, economic, social and cultural issues that are of interest to African American and English speaking Latinos in Boston"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$27,348,072" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$27,448,072".
