Ms. Kerans of Danvers moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-0300, in line 163, by inserting after "conditions" the following: "provided further, the agency shall provide reimbursement coverage for health care providers to provide immunization-related counseling, education and clinical services related to Current Procedural Terminology codes 90482, 90483, and 90484, including the provision of evidence-based vaccine education to enrollees and their families irrespective of whether an immunization is ultimately administered”
