Amendment #1464 to H5500

Mrs. LaNatra of Kingston moves to amend the bill by adding the following sections:--

SECTION XX. Chapter 285 of the acts of 2024 is hereby amended in the subsection (a) of section 30 by striking the word:--"2026” and inserting in place thereof the word “2028”.

SECTION XY. Subsection (b) of said section 30 of said chapter 285 is hereby amended by striking the word:--"2026” and inserting in place thereof the word “2028”.

SECTION YY. Said subsection (b) of said section 30 of said chapter 285 is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following words:--“; provided, however, operations at the center shall not end prior to December, 31 2028.”
