Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in the final line, by inserting after “projects” the following: "; provided further that not less than $40,000 shall be expended to the Center for Cooperative Development and Solidarity in East Boston to facilitate their work in the community, including, but not limited to, the acquisition of a permanent organization space”
