Tewksbury Hospital 911 Community Reimbursement

Representatives Robertson of Tewksbury and Garry of Dracut move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-0915, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that the department of public health shall expend not less than $500,000 to municipalities hosting a department of public health facility that also acts as a department of mental health continuing care facility; provided further, that said funds shall not be expended to a municipality if the department of public health facility also operates as a department of correction facility”; \”.
