Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0205, in the final line, by inserting after “services” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to the EASTIE Coalition at NeighborHealth for their work with youth, families, community members and neighborhood organizations to prevent and reduce substance misuse in East Boston”
