Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1410-0012, in the final line, by inserting after “evaluation” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to New England Wounded Veterans, Inc. for the development of the East Boston Veterans Museum”
