Mr. Turco of Winthrop moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4513-1112, in line 30, by inserting after the word "programs" the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $70,000 shall be expended to the town of Winthrop for  Resource Navigation and Coordinator position in the Winthrop Department of Public Health & Clinical Services”;
