Mr. Arciero of Westford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 9110-9002, in line 9, by inserting after the word “means” the following: “, provided further that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the Chelmsford Council on Aging to support nutritional needs of elders”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$29,522,592” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$29,547,592”.
