Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after “projects” the following: "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the Develop Springfield Corporation to offset and pay any and all costs incurred and related to, but not limited to, operational costs and expenses involved with the management and revitalization of the Springfield Innovation Center on Bridge Street in Springfield” and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$350,000”.
