Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7002-0040, in line 12, by inserting after “plans” the following: “; provided further that not less than $2,500,000 disbursed under this item shall be for micro businesses, as defined in section 69 of chapter 23A of the General Laws”.
