Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in line 1, by inserting after “projects” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for Strong Young Minds Inc. in Springfield to expand the reach and impact of a united community by engaging youth and families” and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$125,000”.
