Amendment #154 to H5500

Eliminating the Sales Tax Exemption for Aircraft & Parts

Representatives Owens of Watertown and Ciccolo of Lexington move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX.

"SECTION 1. Section 6, Subsection (uu) of Chapter 64H of the General Laws is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. Section 6, Subsection (vv) of Chapter 64H of the General Laws is hereby repealed.".
